Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If a customer requests cancellation before processing has begun (generally within the first 24 hours), a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellation After Processing Starts
If cancellation is requested after order processing has started (generally after 24 hours), a 25% cancellation charge will apply and the remaining balance amount will be refunded.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once the product has been dispatched or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
